Hay bby! I knew this was you the second I saw it on the front page! I'm such a huge fan of your style, and I really hope to learn a thing or twenty from you in regards to colouring!

The background is fantastic, the colors work so well, I can almost feel the blistering heat! The stalagmites are a really nice touch, perfect color choice, everything is in harmony.

The blue rock formation is a very nice way of framing the pic, it does a good job of framing the pic~ However, I think it would have maybe been a little more effective if the characters feet went behind the rockface, because as it is, my eyeline falls off the page, following his legs. Having the rocks in front of his legs would stop this, and our eyes would continue back up the picture, to his beauuuutiful face!

That's such a fantastic character design, so much attention to detail, we can almost start to form a story for him in our heads! His stance exudes confidence, and he looks ready to strike out on an adventure to save the prince......ess *yaoi fan* kukuku
There are a few anatomical issues, however. His torso is very long compared to his legs. From the head to the waist is shorter than from the waist to the feet, in real life [link] LOL its hard to find a pic of a guy just standing without it being porn.
Also, his right arm, the bent one, is a bit long longer compared to the one holding the sword.

His color scheme is gorgeous, the red and gold work so well together. Your skills with whatever program you use are superb, I love the painterly technique you use! There's a really strong sense of lighting about this, hitting him from the left. You did this so well, the highlights on the clothes, his skin and hair are all great. I especially love the shading on the face. The only thing I'll say is that his shadow on the ground contradicts this.

Overall, this picture is phenomenal. You just keep getting better and better. Of course, I expect no less, you're one of my top ten artists on dA, for both your art, and how friendly you are. Keep up the great work
